الشروط والأحكام
شروط والتعليمات :
1- البطولة بنظام المجموعات ) 16 فريق ( مقسمة على مجموعتين يتأهل المركز الأول والثاني من كل مجموعة .
2 - بطولتين لمواليد 2015 - 2016 . )
3 - تأمين مسترد ) 1000 ريال سعود ي(ويُعاد بعد انتهاء البطولة في حال عدم وجود مخالفات أو انسحابات .
4 - عدد اللاعبين داخل الملعب 7x7 ويحق لكل فريق استدعاء 15 لاعب كحد اقصى لكل مباراة .
5 - مقاسات الملاعب مختلفة

الطول 65 / 30 متر.
•
العرض 45 / 30 متر .
6 - ملاعب البطولة : مدارس AGS ، المجد أبحر ، سمارت ( حي الورود )، يوفنتوس ، انتر ميلان.
7- جدول المباريات المعتمد من خلال منصة البطولة الرقمية
8 - عدد التبديلات مفتوح .
9 - في حال تأخر الفريق عن النزول لأرضية الملعب لمدة ) 10 ( دقائق عن موعد بداية
المباراة يعتبر خاسراً بنتيجة ) 0 - 3 ويحق للجنة المنظمة مصادرة مبلغ التأمين واسقاط الفريق من البطولة وسحب النقاط في حال تكرر المخالفات
10 - يتحصل الفريق الفائز على ثلاث نقاط و المتعادل نقطة و الخاسر لا شيء.
11 - طريقة تحديد المراكز اولاً .. بعدد النقاط ثانياً .. بالأهداف بالمجموع ما له وما عليه
ثالثاً .. الأهداف المسجلة له رابعاً .. بالمواجهات المباشرة خامساً .. بالقرعة ولا يحق لأي فريق المطالبة بمباراة فاصلة او ماشابه .
-12عند حصول اللاعب على بطاقة الحمراء يتم إيقاف اللاعب في المباراة التالية,
13 - لا يحق للاعب المشاركة بدون بطاقة اللاعب ودون ارفاق الهوية في النظام .
14 - سيتم تسجيل الفريق بالكامل في منصة البطولة.
15 - لا يحق لأي لاعب المشاركة اذ لم يكن مسجلًا في منصة البطولة.
16 - أي تلاعب في عمر اللاعبين يؤدي إلى استبعاد اللاعب والفريق مباشرة من البطولة،
مع مصادرة التأمين.
17 - الفريق الذي يتلاعب بالنتائج او ينسحب من مباراة تلغى نتائجه ويعتبر مستبعد وليس
له الحق المطالبة بالتأمين المسترد ويحرم من المشاركة .
18 - في حال وجود عطل لا سمح الله في اضاءة الملعب او حدث تغييرات مناخية او أي
ظرف طارئ خارج عن الإدارة سيتم معالجة أي خلل و اكمال المباراة واذا تطلب الامر
التأجيل سيتم تحديد موعد اخر اكمال الوقت المتبقي منها او حسب ما تراه اللجنة.
19 - الفريق الذي يُشرك لاعب موقوف او مشطوب يعتبر خاسرًا بنتيجة ) 0 - 3 . )
20 - في الأدوار النهائية يتم الاحتكام لركلات الترجيح مباشرة بعد انتهاء الشوطين
الرئيسيين بمعدل ) 5 ( ركلات لكل فريق .
21 - لا يحق لأي فريق الاعتراض على قوانين او لوائح البطولة لأن كل بطولة داخلية لها
الحق في وضع ما تراه مناسباً وقد اطلعت الفرق عليها قبل المشاركة .
22 - على كل اداري فريق الالتزام بالقوانين وشرحها للاعبين و الأعضاء و تطبيقها وليس من مهام اللجنة شرحها لهم اثناء تطبيقها عليهم لأنها
من مهام الإداري.
23- جدول المباريات وملاعب البطولة يتم تحديدها عبر المنصة وفي حال وجود أي تغيير يتم اشعار اداري الفريق من قبل اللجنة .
24- يشترط حضور الفريقين قبل المباراة ب30 دقيقة للاستعداد والتسخين .ومطابقة بيانات اللاعبين من قبل المنظم
terms and Conditions:
1- The tournament will be a group stage (16 teams divided into two groups). The top two teams from each group will advance.
2- There will be two tournaments for players born in 2015 and 2016.
3- A refundable deposit of 1000 Saudi Riyals is required and will be returned after the tournament concludes, provided there are no violations or withdrawals.
4- The playing area is 7x7 meters, and each team is allowed to field a maximum of 15 players per match.
5- The playing fields vary:
• Length 65/30 meters
• Width 45/30 meters
6- Tournament venues: AGS Schools, Al Majd Abhar, Smart (Al Wurud District), Juventus, Inter Milan
7- The official match schedule is available through the tournament's digital platform.
8- There is no limit to the number of substitutions allowed.
9- If a team is 10 minutes late to the start of the match, they will forfeit the game. 0-3. The organizing committee has the right to confiscate the security deposit, disqualify the team from the tournament, and deduct points in case of repeated violations.
10. The winning team receives three points, a draw one point, and the losing team none.
11. The rankings are determined as follows: First, by points; second, by goal difference (goals scored minus goals conceded); third, by goals scored; fourth, by head-to-head results; and fifth, by a draw. No team has the right to request a tiebreaker match or similar arrangement.
12. If a player receives a red card, they will be suspended for the next match.
13. A player is not permitted to participate without their player card and without uploading their ID to the system.
14. The entire team will be registered on the tournament platform.
15. No player is permitted to participate if they are not registered on the tournament platform.
16. Any falsification of a player's age will result in the immediate disqualification of both the player and the team from the tournament, along with the forfeiture of the security deposit. 17 - Any team that manipulates results or withdraws from a match will have its results nullified, be disqualified, and forfeit its right to a refund of its deposit. It will also be banned from participating.
18 - In the unlikely event of a lighting malfunction, unforeseen weather conditions, or any other emergency beyond the team's control, the problem will be addressed, and the match will be completed. If postponement is necessary, a new date will be set to complete the remaining time, or as determined by the committee.
19 - Any team that fields a suspended or ineligible player will forfeit the match with a score of 0-3. 20. In the final rounds, penalty kicks will be used immediately after the end of the two main periods, with (5) kicks per team.
21. No team has the right to object to the rules or regulations of the tournament, as each internal tournament has the right to set what it deems appropriate, and the teams have reviewed them before participating.
22. Each team manager is responsible for adhering to the rules, explaining them to the players and members, and implementing them. It is not the committee's responsibility to explain them to the players during their implementation, as this is the manager's responsibility.
23. The tournament schedule and venues will be determined through the platform. In case of any changes, the team manager will be notified by the committee.
24. Both teams are required to arrive 30 minutes before the match for preparation and warm-up, and for the organizer to verify the players' information.
